Chairman's Note
Tunku Dato' Yaacob Khyra
"I could never stress enough how worrying the issues faced by underprivileged children in Malaysia that have reached a staggering number of over 150,000 children. It’s not an old cliché that the children are our future, but they truly are. As the Chairman of the foundation, I strongly believe on the importance of our children’s well-being. By this I mean, every child deserves the right to the basic needs mentioned earlier. Those needs for a child are what we work hard for everyday at the foundation to ensure that the less fortunate children have a chance at life."
Principal's Officer Message
Ms Anne Rajasaikaran
"My most frequently asked question was what inspired me to work with Budimas and my answer would probably be the similar reason as all of you that have contributed in your own ways to the foundation. Perhaps the foremost reason for pursuing any kind of charity work is about making a difference. It is so rare that you get to work for an organisation where you can walk in every day and know that you are actually trying to make a difference to the nation’s society and will eventually snowball to making a change to the world."
